Betty Ann (Huff) Elliot

BETTY H. ELLIOT, age 86, was called to heaven on July 31, 2019. Beloved wife of Thomas Elliot of over 60 years, loving mother of Nancy Elliot Beebe (Philip) and the late Barbara Elliot Schnacke (Arthur), cherished grandmother to Jonathan (Amara) and David Schnacke, sister of Marilyn Huff Johnson and the late Patricia Jane Huff.

No visitation. Memorial Service, Saturday, August 10, at 1:30 p.m. at the United Methodist Church of Berea, 170 Seminary Street, Berea, Ohio 44017. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the United Methodist Church of Berea.

Betty graduated from Oberlin Conservatory with a BME, and pursued an early career as a music teacher of vocal music in schools in the Berea area. She dedicated most of her life to teaching private piano students. For several years, she volunteered with Meals on Wheels in Berea. In her leisure time, she enjoyed traveling in the United States in addition to taking trips on the Delta Queen with her beloved husband. She also enjoyed needlework and watching baseball. Betty will be missed greatly by all of her family and friends.
