Florence P. (Wilhelm) Baker

FLORENCE  PAULINE  BAKER, (nee Wilhelm) 93, resident of Berea, passed away peacefully Friday, May 11 at Parkside Villa, Middleburg Heights. She was the beloved wife of 67 years of Richard A., and the loving mother of sons David E. Baker (wife Nancy) and Kerry R. Baker, and special family member Howard Hipp (wife Rose, son Michael).  She was preceded in death by her parents Edward and Sadie Wilhelm, sister Selma Wilhelm and brother Edward T. Wilhelm. Florence was a graduate of Rocky River High School and Bowling Green State University.  She was a first grade teacher in the Lakewood School District and later the Berea School District.  Florence was an avid reader and enjoyed gardening.  A 66 year member of the United Methodist Church of Berea, she had been active in the church choir and United Methodist Women.  Funeral service Tuesday, May 15 at 11:00 am at BAKER-OSINSKI-KENSINGER FUNERAL HOME, 206 FRONT STREET, BEREA, OHIO, 44017  where friends may call Monday from 4-7 pm.  Interment Woodvale Cemetery, Middleburg Heights, Ohio.
