ROSA EARLYNE WILLETTS BODENMILLER, age 93, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on October 15, 2019. Earlyne was born May 23, 1926 in Erie, Pennsylvania. She was preceeded in death by her parents Rosa and Pastor Earl Willetts, siblings Mary Alice, Modrall, Victor Willetts, Bob Willetts, John Daniel (aka) Jack Willetts, Ann Willetts and one great grandson Michael Berry. She is survived by her loving husband Thayne Bodenmiller, Sr., whom she was married to for 73 years and sister Grace Kensinger. Also, survived by her nine children, Betsy and (Jim) Berry, Thayne and (Joy) Bodenmiller, Jr., Bonny and (Jim) Larsen, Wendy Bodenmiller, Cindy and (Kevin) Barry, Tim and (Donna) Bodenmiller, Merry and (Kevin) Mayer, Penny and (Rob) Whitty and Ted and (Kim) Bodenmiller. She is also survived by thirty grandchildren and forty great grandchildren. Earlyne was very gifted artistically, and enjoyed painting knitting, crocheting and many other crafts. She also enjoyed playing the piano and organ. She devoted her life to her family and her church, and she opened her home to anyone and everyone. Family will receive friends at BAKER-OSINSKI-KENSINGER FUNERAL HOME, 206 FRONT STREET, BEREA, OHIO, 44017, FRIDAY, OCTOBER 18 FROM 5 TO 8 PM. Funeral Service, Saturday, October 19 at 1:00 pm at Berea Baptist Church, 250 West Street, Berea, Ohio. The final resting place will be at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery in Rittman, Ohio. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to, Baptist Mid-Mission, 7749 Webster Road, Middleburg Heights, Ohio, 44130. The donations will be used to construct a playground in Ghanna, West Africa at Emmanuel Baptist Christian School. The playground will be dedicated in honor of Earlyne and Thayne Bodenmiller.
