G.N. (Mick) Hickey passed away November 30 in his Berea home peacefully at the age of 91.  He was born in Oden, AR. October 24, 1929. He grew up on a farm with his 6 brothers and 1 sister. He married Elizabeth McDonald (Died 2009) in 1961. His sons include Richard and Patrick as well as many Grand and Great Grand children. Dad was a merchant marine during WW2 and in 1946 joined the Army as a private retiring as a Major in 1967. Soon after, he joined Sherwin-Williams Paint Company and eventually moved to the Cleveland area in 1971. After retiring 1986 he continued golfing, boating, traveling, serving various roles at St Mary's Church and spending time with his family and friends. He will be dearly missed by his family and friends. A memorial mass is scheduled at St. Mary's Church, 250 Kraft Street, Berea, Ohio, 44017, Monday, December 21 at 10:00 a.m.
