JAMES  A.  RUMP, age 80, a longtime Berea Resident and owner of Procare Vision Center for 20 plus years with his beloved late wife Rosemarie Rump.  Loving father to Paul Rump (Linda), Suzanne Church (Joseph Marker), David Rump (Kristen Mallardi), and Andrew Rump (Carrie). Dear Grandfather to Elizabeth Rump, Steven Church, Bradley Church, Paul Rump Jr., Sarah Church, Alexis Rump, and Kylie Rump.  Dear Great Grandfather of Katelyn Tanter and David Kessler. James was a very active member of the community. He served on the Berea water commission and was a member of the Berea City Club. James was a leader in his profession as a Licensed Dispensing Optician and was an expert contact lens fitter. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends. A memorial mass will be held Saturday April 1, 2023 starting at 10:00 am to be held at St. Mary's Church, 250 Kraft Street, Berea, Ohio, 44017.  A reception/lunch will follow to celebrate his life at Teamz Restaurant, 6611 Eastland Road, Middleburg Heights, Ohio 44130 at 11:00 am.
