Bernice Agnes (Dumm) Madis 

Loved beyond life, passed in peace Monday, November 29, 2021, at the age of 88. Preceded in death by her husband, Vernon Marlowe.

Loving mother of David Madis, Diane (Bob) Oros, Deborah (Richard) Capretta, and Darrin (Sharon) Madis. Proud grandmother of Serina (Shane), Angie (Dan), Eric, Lucas (Chelsea), and Dylena. Great grandmother of 6 to Adam, Morgan, Valerie, Jordan, Emma, and Jayla. Sister of Rita (Bill) Smith and the late Donald Dumm. Further survived by nieces, nephews, and friends. 

Bernice will be fondly remembered by family and friends as a loving mother, avid reader, accomplished gardener, and wonderful conversationalist.  Those who knew and loved her know, "Goodbyes are not forever. Goodbyes are not the end. They simply mean I'll miss you, until we meet again."

A Celebration of Life will be held in her honor when the flowers once again bloom.
