Charles “Chuck” Raymond Clements, 78, passed away on June 4, 2025.
Born in Cleveland, he was a resident of Grafton since 1981, and a United States Navy veteran, having served four years on the JFK Aircraft carrier during the Vietnam War. Chuck had been employed with Ford MotorCompany as a Pattern Maker, retiring in 2010.
He was a proud 32nd degree Mason, a member of the Knights Templar and El Rey Grotto. He enjoyed keeping busy woodworking and making toys for his children. He was exceptionally talented and creative. But he also enjoyed an old movie, Browns games on TV, and naps on the couch just ‘resting his eyes’.
He was a son, brother, husband, dad, gramps, and papa. Family was everything to him and he will be deeply missed. Preceded in death by parents, Charles and Anna (nee Kazura) Clements, he
is survived by his wife of 45 years Marilyn Clements (nee Pritchard); children Ashley (Brian) Hess, Brandon (Lindsay) Clements, Jordon Clements, Patti Clements (Daughter-in-Law), Chuck Clements, and Jessica Clements. He is forever loved by his grandchildren: Jason, Rachel, Natasha, Josh, Bellamy, Fletcher, Nolan, and Cooper; and great grandchildren: Ben, Caroline,Emma, and Sage.
Chuck’s Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, August 23rd at The United Methodist Church of Berea, located at 170 Seminary St., Berea, Ohio 44017 at 11:00am with a reception to follow at Gunselman’s Steakhouse and Bar, at 7928 Main Street, Olmsted Falls, Ohio 44138. A private burial will at the National Cemetery in Rittman, Ohio.
Should friends desire, a donation in Chuck’s name may be made to The Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson’s Research.
