Donald Naughton came into this world on August 30, 1951 and left us on January 28, 2022.
In 1976, Don's brain would become his biggest opponent. He was a survivor and a fighter and he didn’t even know it.
Don was a hippie in the truest sense. Embodied a kind soul and a true heart. Lover and player of radical music. A psychedelic thinker with an open mind.
If you are looking for a way to remember Don, please think about donating in his name to https://www.hansonhouseberea.com.
Don’s family wants to continue shedding light on brain injuries in America because his story is nothing short of a miracle.
Don was preceded in death by his loving parents, Alvin and Erika Naughton and his half-brother, Jim Naughton.
He is survived by his sisters, Barbara Woods and Becky Naughton and his brother, Kenneth Naughton. His half-sisters, Pat Kruger and Sandy Clark and half-brother, Butch Naughton and all of their immediate families.
Don was admired by all of his nieces and nephews; Stephanie, Jon, Katie, Jeff, Joe, Monica, Brian and Steven and all of his cousins from all over the world.
He leaves behind a family that will love him forever.
