Gregory D. Schroeder, age 72, beloved husband of 51 years of Nancy, dear father of Jennifer Speck (Chris), Gloria Lingenfelter (Leonard Brotherson) and Karen Payne (Paul Myers). Brother of Larry (Diana), Brad (Renee), and Ron (deceased) Schroeder. Devoted Grandpa of Melanie and Nathan Speck, Brady and Jacob Payne, and Nora Lingenfelter. Dear brother-in-law of Carol Muchnicki (deceased) (Dennis). Greg was an extremely kind, patient, and loving man, with a great sense of humor, who was always generous and willing to help his family and friends. He worked at The Pipe Line Development Company (PLIDCO) as a Product Designer for more than 35 years. Greg enjoyed traveling and making wonderful memories, including cross-country trips with his wife and daughters when they were younger, numerous trips to Disney World with his wife, several cruise adventures, and trips to Amish Country.
Family and friends may call on TUESDAY, DECEMBER 5 from 12:00 - 2:00 p.m. at the BAKER, OSINSKI, KENSINGER FUNERAL HOME 206 FRONT ST BEREA where a funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. following calling hours. In lieu of flowers, memorials in Greg’s name may be made to the Northeast Ohio SPCA 9555 Brookpark Rd., Parma, OH 44129.
