Hugh V. McNab

Hugh was born on 5/8/1960 to Doris and Arch McNab of Euclid, Ohio. He is preceded in death by his parents and has a younger sister. He died quietly at his Strongsville home of natural causes the evening of June 5th, 2024.

Hugh is survived by his long-time friend and guardian, Trish Jacobs and his good friends Jada and LaQueta, along with many friends through his work and residence.

Hugh was known by many as a comical, silly guy. His favorite things were to laugh with others, play ball, listen to music, be outside and watch a special show with his housemates. He especially enjoyed going barefoot!

Hugh lit up the room with his smiling, big blue eyes. Words cannot express the emptiness in our hearts.

A service will be held on Tuesday, June 18th at 1:30 p.m. The service is being held at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Berea. Friends are welcome to stay after for desserts and to share memories.

Burial will be held at a later date. Hugh is being buried at Woodvale Cemetery in Middleburg Hts.
