Kenneth Philip Kobie

KENNETH PHILIP KOBIE, age 56 , Passed away on Monday, July 8, 2024.  Now with parents Frank and Mary Kobie, and bestfriend Joe. He was a loving husband to Linda Kobie (McLaughlin)  and survived by his daughters Valerie Anne Kobie, Deanna Marie Ferguson (Clark) and Kaitlyn (Katy) Glen Kobie. He is the Brother to Katherine Buchwald (Kobie), and Grandfather to Samantha, Colleen, Brooklyn, Eclipse-Rose, Mia & Caylie. He was born in Berea and was raised in Columbia Station. He went to Columbia Station High school, class of 87’. In 1992, he moved to Phoenix, Arizona where he later met and married Linda. In 2014, he moved back to Ohio with his family. He loved monster trucks (Bigfoot), Godzilla, door slammer drag racing, welding and spending time with his best friends Joe, Jr and Chris. He was very hardworking by doing anything to provide for his family, and he was very giving by always trying to help others around him. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
