Kenneth R. Volpe

KENNETH R. VOLPE age 63, beloved husband of Lora (DeGirolamo), dear father of Jennifer Mullee (Drew), son of the late Arthur and Audrey Volpe, brother of Arthur, Debbie and the late James, grandfather of Easton, Owen and Nolan. Fun uncle, cousin and good friend to many. Ken founded Wounded Heroes after his son-in-law was injured in 2012. It has been his passion to help out soldiers and veterans for the past eight years. Ken was a Director on the Cuyahoga County Agricultural Society, a member of the Berea Elks and the VFW (auxiliary member). Ken loved the fair and participated in the demolition derby for over 40 years, winning the championship derby in his final derby season of 2018. Friends may call on SUNDAY 2:00 - 7:00 p.m. at the BAKER, OSINSKI, KENSINGER FUNERAL HOME 206 FRONT ST. BEREA.  A graveside service will be held at the Woodvale Cemetery 7535 Engle Rd. Middleburg Heights on Monday at 11:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Wounded Heros P.O. Box 241 Berea, Ohio 44017.
