Lawrence J Loucek

Lawrence J. Loucek, 87, beloved husband of the late Lynne M. (nee Beran) for 35 years, passed away August 2, 2025 in Berea, Ohio, surrounded by his family. Born in Cleveland to the late Mary (nee Kurshuk) and Joseph C. Loucek, and loving brother of the late Kenneth (Louise), the late Joseph Jr., and Mary Kearns. Loving father of Debbie Lutch, Sherry Jarvis (Bill MacKinnon), Lauri Loucek (Nate Seidel), Mike Loucek (Desiree Buffey), Lisa Brown (Mike Wierzbicki), Tim (Lori) Miller, stepson, Peggy (Cecil) Ridenour, and Amy (Dan) Camarda. Beloved grandfather of 32 and great grandfather of 23. He started working at Republic Steel out of high school and retired from LTV Steel. He was a devoted outdoorsman. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to the American Cancer Society or a cancer research organization of choice. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
