Leonard Maxwell Baggett, 78, died April 9, 2025
Born in Greenville, KY, he was a resident of Greater Cleveland since 1950 and a United States Navy Veteran. For Thirty-eight years, Len worked with his father as the younger half of the Baggett and Son Painting Company. He retired in 2009 when his first and only grandchild was born. Since then, he filled his days with his beloved family and cherished pet, Sadie. He golfed as much as the weather and his health would allow ( Bob, Don, and George to name a few,) and supported our mostly heartbreaking local sports teams. And, OSU, of course.
Preceded in death by Aubrey Baggett and Maxine Baggett (ne Bethel) Survived by his wife of 58 years, Charyl (ne Laurie); daughter Christy Wiggins (Rodney); granddaughter Audrey Wiggins; brothers Bryan (Scott) Baggett (Tonia); Stephen (Doug) Gwynn (Maxine); nieces/nephews Laurie Ellison (ne Skall); Karrie Tipton (ne Skall); Sharie Skall; Bryan (Nathan) Baggett (Elly); Lauren Zdrojewski (ne Baggett) (Jake); Jenny Hamilton (ne Gwynn) (David); Stephanie Hoskins (ne Gwynn) (Jason).
