Lorne W. MacLennan

LORNE  W.  MacLENNAN, age 93, of Columbia Station died at home Wednesday, June 29. Born February 4, 1929, in Port Arthur Thunder Bay Ontario, Canada to Angus and Victoria (Hall). Preceded in death by his parents and brothers Alex and Don and sisters Helen and Anne.  Immigrated to the U.S. and became a naturalized citizen in December 1963. Met Dorothy while working at Central National Bank and married at St. Michael’s Church in Independence on October 17, 1959. Lorne enjoyed traveling to see family, sailing, golf, painting and bike riding.  Son, Keith and him enjoyed going to Thunder Bay, with family on vacation and many other outdoor activities. Survived by wife, Dorothy and son Keith (Sue). Loving grandfather, great grandfather, and uncle.  Proud Baldwin Wallace Alumni  graduated March 1982 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree. Celebration of Life to be announced at a later date.
