Marilyn J. Jelinek

Marilyn Jean Jelinek was the beloved wife of Larry, to whom she was married for 50 years, loving mother of two daughters, Keli and Wendy, and a doggie son, Snoopy, and granddog, Jeebee.  She was a compassionate person with a beautiful heart who loved everyone and loved to make people smile and laugh.  She enjoyed spending time with family and had a love for birds and the peace that Lake Erie’s winds, waves and sunsets brought to her.  She persevered through every challenge of life and enjoyed the simple things and she had a lot of faith that carried her through.  She will be missed by all whose lives she touched. Memorial Service, Sunday, September 23 at 3:30pm at United Methodist Church of Berea, 170 Seminary Street, Berea, Ohio, 44017. IN LIEU OF FLOWERS donations may be made to United Methodist Church of Berea or Northeast Ohio SPCA.
