PTASZEK, age 68, beloved husband of Donna (nee Jungeberg), loving father of Michele Derbin (Dustin), Laura Miller (Gary), and Elizabeth Ptaszek-Templeton (Andy), dear grandfather of Logan, Bailey, Lillian, Caleb, Avery, and Noah, brother of the late Shirley Hargis. Funeral Service, Friday, August 25 at 10:00 am at Baker-Osinski-Kensinger Funeral Home, 206 Front Street, Berea, Ohio, 44017, where friends may call Thursday, August 24 from 4:00-7:00 pm. Final resting place Woodvale cemetery, Middleburg Heights, Ohio.
