PHYLLIS M. FOX, age 94, (nee Trapnell), beloved wife of the late Jerome E. Fox, Sr., loving mother of Sally Dixon (Shawn), Jerome E. Fox, Jr., (Lenore), Michael Fox (Suzanne), and Tom Fox (Alaina ), dear grandmother of Max and Ryan Dixon, Nora Cook (Sean), Erin Fox (Lisa), Timothy Fox (Chelsey Frey-engaged), Alexandra, Allison, Holly, Emma, and Charlotte Fox, great grandmother of Alex Dixon, Ellie and James Cook. No Visitation. Memorial Mass at St. Mary Church, 250 Kraft Street, Berea, Ohio, Saturday September 17 at 11:30 a.m. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, www.stjude.org.
