Rita (Bartko) Galyas

Rita Marie Galyas, (69), passed away on May 27, 2026.

Born in Garfield Heights, Ohio, she was a resident of Olmsted Falls since 1990,

Rita had been employed with A & F Machine Products Company, retired in 2025.

Rita enjoyed Gardening, sewing, and bird watching.

Preceded in death by her husband Dean; her parents Robert and Victoria , she is survived by her son Steven ( Lauren) Galyas; grandaughter (Lilly);  her brothers & sisters Barbara Bartko, Robert Bartko JR, James Bartko (Gail), Maureen Tench (James), Karyn Fontana (Nicholis), Pauline Corona (Dennis), Brian Bartko (Lisa) and many nieces, nephs & cousins. Fur mom to Charlie.

Memorial Visitation will be held on Sunday June 7, 2026 from 2:00 to 4:00 P.M. at Baker Kensinger Funeral Home .

Burial will be on Monday June,8 2026 at 11:00 A.M at Holy Cross Cemetery.
