Tommy W. Montgomery

TOMMY W. MONTGOMERY, age 69, loving father of Matthew Montgomery (Kelly), dear grandfather of Mason, McKenna, and the late McKenzie Montgomery, brother of Missy Hall, Steven Brotzman, and Jan Sarka, son of the late Doris Brotzman, grandson of the late Thelma and Carl Montgomery, nephew of Barbara Davis, the late Nancy Napier, Mary Toncheff, and Jack Montgomery, and friend of Patricia Cravens. Celebration of Life will be held Tuesday, November 21st from 5:00-7:00pm at Baker-Osinski-Kensinger Funeral Home, 206 Front Street, Berea, Ohio, 44017. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to a charity of your choice.

Tommy passed away peacefully at Fairview Hospital surrounded by family after a recent diagnosis of Cancer. Born March 6, 1954 in Bristol, Virginia, Tommy grew up in Brook Park, OH and attended Midpark High School. Tommy is a proud member of the UAW and worked many years at Ford Motor Company until retirement in 2016.

No one who met Tommy forgot his personal presence and sense of humor. Tommy loved a casual bike ride, debating politics, and enjoying his Sunday football season ritual of watching the Cleveland Browns with his son. Most of all, Tommy loved spending time with his Grandchildren. There was not a weekend that went by without Tommy (otherwise known as Papa by his grandchildren) where his smiling presence wasn’t felt. His soul will always stay young, and he will live in his family’s hearts forever.
